Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your ThetaTracker account and associated data by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.

What To Include

• Your ThetaTracker account email address.
• A clear request that you want your account and stored data deleted.
• If relevant, the login method used for your account, such as Google or Facebook.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your ThetaTracker account profile and authentication links.
• Stored broker connection credentials and setup state.
• Imported trades, positions, balances, journal notes, and related account data.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Limited backup copies and operational logs may persist for a short period until normal backup rotation and recovery windows expire.
